Notary Public Services

We provide notary services in person by appointment only: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday excluding university holidays. You must schedule your appointment online in advance.  

• We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. 
• If you miss your scheduled time, you will need to reschedule at a later date. 
• You must bring photocopies of documents that you are having notarized.  
• Copy services are not available at the Campus Service Center. 
• We cannot notarize documents not signed in our presence. 
• We are not authorized to notarize I-9 forms. 
• In compliance with Massachusetts law, you are required to produce to the notary public evidence of identity in the form of a current document issued by a federal or state government. This document must contain both your photo and signature. A Harvard ID by itself is not enough, so please bring this document in addition to your Harvard ID.
